Monthly refers to every 30 days. *Hair oils will be shipped alternatively every 30 days from the date you subscribe. **Hair accessory packs consist of four randomly selected hair accessory pieces and a 5ml rose & jasmine hair balm. ***Mary Kay gift will be sent out after the 4th monthly payment has been received. Free Standard delivery: 2-5 working days.

If payment fails, we may retry or suspend the subscription until payment is received.
5. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

6. Renewals and Cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
To cancel, use your account settings or contact us directly.
UK law gives you the right to cancel within 14 days of the initial subscription date (cooling-off period) for a full refund unless services have already been used.
7. Refunds
Refunds are granted at our discretion, except during the statutory 14-day cooling-off period.
No refunds are issued for partial periods after cancellation unless required by law.
8. Changes to Terms and Services
We may modify these terms, prices, or services with at least 30 days’ notice via email or on our platform.
Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription for non-compliance with these terms or misuse of our services.
You may terminate your subscription at any time, subject to cancellation terms.

UK consumers are entitled to certain rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including services being provided with reasonable care and skill.

12. Liability
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by circumstances outside our control.
Liability is limited to the total fees paid in the last 12 months.
